The George Washington University Medical Center (GWUMC), the Potomac Center for Medical Education (PCME), and Rockpointe Corporation (Rockpointe) Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement").

Below are the Terms and Conditions under which you may use www.targethpv.com and www.targethpv.org.

Please read the Terms and Conditions before accessing or using the site, since by accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use www.targetzoster.org. PCME and Rockpointe may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting of the modifications on this site. Please review this page periodically to be aware of such changes, as they are binding on you.

Restrictions on Use of Materials

The copyright in all materials provided on this Site is held by PCME or by the original creator of the contents. Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only provided you do not modify the materials. RockpointeÕs Websites, publications, products, content, or services referenced here or on the Site are the registered or unregistered trademarks of Rockpointe, or third parties, and are to be considered the exclusive trademarks or service marks of Rockpointe, or third parties, including the "look" and "feel" of the Site, Rockpointe's color combinations, layout, and all other graphical elements. Any use of Rockpointe's trademarks is strictly prohibited without written permission of the trademark owner. Other product and company names mentioned in the Site may be trademarks and service marks of their respective owners, and their usage is subject to owner terms. Indemnification

Furthermore, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PCME, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or your use and access of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third party Websites. PCME and Rockpointe provide these links solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement of the contents on third-party Websites. The laws of the District of Columbia, USA, govern this agreement. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Washington DC, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and PCME or Rockpointe as a result of this agreement or use of this Site.

Rockpointe's and PCME's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of PCME's or Rockpointe's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by PCME or Rockpointe with respect to such use.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PCME and Rockpointe with respect to this Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and PCME and Rockpointe with respect to this Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
